Begbie Bench
Across the Columbia River from the town of Revelstoke, the Begbie Bench are offers great views of the runs at the resort, larger acreages with a variety of property sizes and just enough privacy. Beyond the Big Eddy, Tum Tum and Begbie Bench, Highway 23 South continues to the Shelter Bay area, terminating at the BC Ferries dock and access across Arrow Lake.
Tum Tum
Just beyond the Big Eddy, over Highway 23 South is Revelsotke's Tum Tum area. A small series of single family homes nestled in cul de sacs and larger parcels of land, the Tum Tum is off the beaten path yet close to the Big Eddy amenities and never far from downtown Revelstoke.
Big Eddy
Named for a larger sized eddy in the Columbia River, The Big Eddy is a mix of industrial, commercial and residential properties. Serviced by a small single lane bridge, life in the Big Eddy is quiet and peaceful. Amenities include The Big Eddy Market (great Italian food finds) and the Big Eddy Pub and Liquor Store.
RMR and Airport Way
Arrow Heights
A long established family neighbourhood with homes from the 70's to brand new, including select single family lots. Amenities include Arrow Heights Elementary School, walking trails and close proximity to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Revelstoke's summer swim destination, Williamson's Lake.
Southside
A variety of homes including manufactured home parks and some remaining single family building lots. An eclectic mix of styles and famous for its Italian community and robust gardens. Amenities include the proximity to downtown, Southside Market, access to walking trails and both Begbieview Elementary and Revelstoke Secondary Schools.
Downtown Revelstoke
Spanning the distance of Mackenzie Avenue with neighbourhoods to the north and south of this main tributary, Central Revelstoke is a lovely mix of older homes, with many under revitalization. Much of the downtown core has been designated as a Heritage zone, preserving the look of the area. Amenities include the vibrant downtown, year-round Farmer' Market, restaurants, shopping, Preforming Arts Centre, Begbieview Elementary and Revelstoke Secondary Schools, and the Revelstoke Community Pool.
Johnson Heights
A short drive from downtown Revelstoke via the Trans Canada Highway, Johnson Heights offers solutions for starter homes, downsizing or custom builds. Small lots with mainly manufactured homes are for sale here. Children and pet friendly with nice views toward the Selkirk Mountains.
Trans Canada Highway #1
With just a small number of homes available to the north of the Trans Canada Highway, this area offers larger lots and privacy. Great views on to the city of Revelstoke and onward to the Selkirk Mountains.
CPR Hill
Casually termed CPR Hill, this quiet neighbourhood sits above the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks and switching station. Larger lots and a range of older and newer homes, views from CPR hill are directly on to Mount Begbie and McPherson and the Monashee Mountains beyond. Just up the hill from central Revelstoke and all the downtown core has to offer.
Farwell
Farwell, or 'lower town' was the first place of settlement in the early 1800's. A 10 to 15 min walk to downtown Revelstoke, Farwell is a great family neighborhood with both residential and multi-family opportunities. Close to Save-On-Foods, Okanagan College and the Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre.
Columbia Park
Found east of the Trans Canada Highway, Columbia Park is an expansive area including older 60's - styled homes built to accommodate the building of the Revelstoke Dam in the day, to newer more contemporary homes. Amenities include Columbia Park Elementary School, The Revelstoke Golf Course, local hotels and their restaurants and easy access to the Trans Canada Highway.
